PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE IN IMPORTS OF GOODS FROM CHINA

Services

1) Import from A to Z
This is our flagship service that we supply for many firms. After the phase of enquiries and negotiations regarding all terms and conditions and production of goods, we take on all operations with regard to import of goods. The procedure is as follows:
- We receive an order for goods and translate text for a manufacturer  
- We obtain a pro-forma invoice that provides basis for an advance   payment for goods and confirm cooperation terms and conditions.
- We determine with a carrier terms regarding collection of goods and we notify on expected delivery date.

- We handle all customs procedures on grounds of granted special powers. Besides we monitor and coordinate all operations of our clients with regard to terms and conditions of cooperation.


In addition we offer the following services 


  • 2) Market updates
    - We provide clients with reports and information on minimum three manufacturers of required product located in Chine or other Asian country. Our clients receive pricelists of products and terms of payment applicable for the particular producer (*Renegotiation of terms is possible). We provide our clients with information on shipment costs as well as further information on capacity of the container.
  • 3) Product sourcing.
    - Our clients receive a list of minimum 5 firms offering the particular product. In addition to market updates (item 1 ) we provide data on applicable duties and contact data for the given firm, namely address, contact person, further data as well as main information about the firm.
  • 4) Verification of Chinese contractor
    - On grounds of documents received from the contractor (licences, registration number, a bank account, etc.) our staff in Chine will verify credibility and trustworthiness of the Chinese contractor. In addition we also provide information obtained from its representative.
  • 5) Factory inspection.
    - Prior to signing any agreement an inspection in the factory is recommended (item 5), and our firm provides service in this regard for our clients. As a result our clients receive the report including: information obtained directly by our Chinese employee regarding the particular Chinese contractor, photos of the factory and production floors, data on registration of the firm, summary of talks with the representative of the factory, data on persons authorized to act on behalf of the contractor.
  • 6) Quality control
    - Depending on our clients requirements we also provide services regarding goods quality control. In case of small volume we can provide our clients for approval with samples of goods. In addition we also provide quality control services in terms of technical parameters inspection performed by our employee in the factory. On your request our employee may also be present during loading of the container to verify quantity and type of goods.
